Jonesj Plumbline & Company Consultant, L.L.C. (JPCC) is a company with a background in retrofitting, map changing and running TV crews on sewer, storm, and manhole surveys. We have provided customers with a systematic approach to gain more productivity from their employees to enhance the company’s projections of higher yearly earnings. This is accomplished by providing on-site assistance to municipalities, contractors, TV Operators, and engineers who conducts inspection and surveys of sewer and storm water pipelines.
JPCC offers on the job training in the field in Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Survey. Procedures are monitored to maintain consistent footage and quality video. While in the field, operators are given instructions on repairs, maintenance requirements, and troubleshooting techniques on all equipment to provide quality assurance of video to customers. Classes are provided on Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) along with GASB 34 to discuss the goals and benefits of asset management, as well as Confine Space instructions and certifications. Additionally, JPCC offer technical classes on equipment which allows on site monitoring of signal and video flow.
JPCC also provide a classroom environment of instructions and certifications on Pipeline Assessment Certification (PACP), Manhole Assessment Certification (MACP), and Lateral Assessment Certification Program(LACP) for municipalities, contractors, and engineering firms. This will improve confidence in the description of pipe conditions that will provide cost savings during pipe renewal.
